About me

Bram1

The name’s Bram. I advise brands on the strategic direction of their communications and help deliver exciting marketing campaigns.

How? I’m a sociologist by training, so I live to uncover the basic human truth behind a communication problem. I’m obsessed with exposing how individuals influence group behaviour. And I translate that into insightful strategic thinking. I’ve done quite a lot of that, working as a Strategic Innovation Director at Carat UK.

Hunched over a desk, going through stacks of research is but one of the poses I strike.

The elbow patches come off, believe me.

I love working in a team of smart, driven, and creative people. Be it in the office, working late nights with our new business team to win the next pitch. Or hauled up in a rehearsal room with my band mates, writing songs.

Testimonials

Bram is quick to get under the skin of brands and develop insightful thinking. He’s proved that he can flex from focusing on banking, to automotive, to FMCGs. One of the best young planners I’ve worked with.

MATT KWIECINSKI

Managing Director, Critical Mass UK

Bram is a real star. A smart, hard-working planner who I had the pleasure of managing. Bram excelled at every challenge we threw at him. No matter the task, he delivers to a very high standard.

ALISTAIR MILLEN

Head of Planning, Critical Mass UK

Bram always delivered and contributed hugely to the success of the projects he worked on. With a personality as big as he is tall, he would be a tremendous asset to any agency smart enough to hire him.

Play

For a decade now, making music has been my main pastime.

I’ve been in bands since my undergraduate days. Not to “make it,” but rather just to write some songs with my best friends, play the odd gig, even record an album or two.

Most of all, just to sit in someone’s living room creating something with a couple of voices and instruments – something new, something entirely of our own.

Here’s a taster of what I’ve been up to.
